Right, simply because the gfx memory has *nothing* to do with Aero Glass performance. The amount of gfx memory needed is *only* dependent of the desktop resolution. For most people which use 15" or 17" monitors with XGA or SXGA resolution 64MB is just fine. And as to help the OP: I'm quite sure it doesn't help
